Nigeria’s national infrastructure is essential to our security, economy and daily life. Protecting these assets requires shared responsibility, public awareness, professional capacity and strong collaboration.
NCIPAT provides a platform for stakeholders to learn, connect, collaborate and develop practical approaches to protecting critical national assets.
The programme brings together government agencies, security and emergency management institutions, infrastructure operators, businesses, professionals, technology providers, academia and other stakeholders to promote a stronger culture of critical infrastructure protection.

What is NCIPAT?
National Critical Infrastructure Protection Awareness Training (NCIPAT) is a national awareness and capacity-building initiative designed to promote the protection of Nigeria’s critical infrastructure.
NCIPAT focuses on bringing together the government, security agencies, emergency management institutions, private sector, infrastructure operators, professionals, communities and technology innovators around a common objective:
To protect Nigeria’s critical infrastructure through collaboration, capacity building and public awareness.
NCIPAT is an initiative of the Liberation People’s Festival Foundation (LPFF), in collaboration with relevant government and strategic institutional partners.
